* Fixed MAJOR-SECUORITYRISK: The user could easily get access to download files above the download-folder! 
  (this bug already existed in the original version of DP and affects ALL versions up until 1.0.3!)
* It now checks to see if the file exists and display an error if it doesn't.
* The noleech.php display the referer the user came from, which isn't allowed to download.
* Fixed some minor bug causing the no-leech-page to be displayed twice on the same page in some cases.
